Rodney Dawson, Project Management
Rodney has more than 25 years of computer programming experience. He also brings nearly 20 years experience in business management. Rodney currently focuses his efforts in project management, search engine optimization, content management systems and client training. He is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University.
He enjoys yoga, playing racquetball and softball. Rodney also loves gardening and traveling with his beautiful wife, Katy. Rodney is actively involved as a Freemason and committed to his personal spiritual growth.
Stephen Hall, Programming and Site Development
Steve is owner of Branch Designs and has been working closely with GLTS since 2008. His expertise includes php/mysql programming, CSS, custom CMS applications, Flash-based animations and graphics. He is a graduate of Hampshire College with a degree in Interactive Multimedia Design.
Betsy Krimmer, Content Development
Betsy joined the GLTS team in 2009. Her primary responsibilities include content development, SEO, pay-per-click management, and testing. She brings strong computer and management skills to the team.
She enjoys the variety the work offers and appreciates the ability to work with such a diverse group of clients. Betsy is kept busy with her work, husband, and two young daughters. This work offers her the most coveted opportunity to help support her family while still enjoying them.
Ed Lemmers, Custom Applications
Ed is owner of EB Dynamics, Inc., a full-service website development and computer support firm in Cleveland, Ohio. Ed has had a close working relationship with Rodney since 2003, their companies regularly working together on various projects through the years. He specializes in custom programming, computer hardware, web hosting, networking and troubleshooting.
Bonnie Ontko, Graphic Design/Marketing
Bonnie is the owner and Creative Director of Imagwerks Design. Her company provides a wide variety of print and electronic media solutions including identity/branding, advertising, newsletter and presentation development. She has an extensive background in graphic design, marketing and complex project management.
Tracy Pierce, Graphic Design
Tracy is the owner and chief designer for Thrive Creative Group, "a unique design collective with a real passion for creating beautiful work that not only inspires, it get results". She has worked with GLTS since 2005. Her firm provides print and electronic media designs, identity/branding and copywriting services.
Karen Young, Graphic Design
Karen is a design specialist and owner of Kreative Media Designs. Her company provides print and electronic media design, branding, advertising and marketing services. She has more than 15 years experience in the graphic design and printing industry.
